Shipping policy

We require at least 1 business day to get item(s) ready to ship. All items usually ship within 1 business day of purchase. We do not ship on holidays that are observed by the postal service providers. If you want to arrange your own shipping via courier service or any other service that is not offered here at checkout, you will be responsible for arranging the entire shipment including: providing us with any shipping labels, customs declarations, etc. Labels must be sent in a printable format, ie; PDF, JPEG, PNG, etc. Contact us before purchase to get a quote for the weight and dimensions of your order for your shipping carrier. International Shipping: Due to regulations on shipping to countries outside of North America, we are currently not shipping to any outside countries. If you wish to make a purchase with us, you must have a shipping address inside the U.S. You will be responsible for figuring out the steps to forward the package to any destination after that. Return packages must be returned from the address that we are sending it to in the U.S. We are not responsible for any lost/damaged packages for any reason beyond the address of the initial shipment inside of the U.S. Canadian Citizens can choose to use USPS or FedEx to ship the item(s) if that service is available at the time of purchase.
